1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging, including dust bags and accessories
• Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your handbag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
Once verified, we will offer either:
• A full refund
or
• A replacement at no additional cost
In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Maleira.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
6. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and returned to us, we will contact you.
Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
